NASHVILLE, Tenn. – S3 Recycling Solutions, the largest Tennessee-based electronics recycler and one of the fastest-growing electronics recycling firms in the southeast United States, today announced that it is offering free pickups and free hard drive shredding to all displaced Arrow clients.
Arrow Electronics announced they will end their electronics recycling (ITAD) division and will no longer receive assets at its locations beginning August 5th. Arrow’s announcement leaves companies scrambling to find a suitable ITAD vendor.
“Arrow’s recent announcement will leave hundreds of clients looking for an electronics recycler,” Rod McDaniel, CEO of S3 Recycling said. “Since we have positioned ourselves for fast growth, we can make the transition for Arrow’s clients seamless.”
S3 recently acquired a 70,000 square-foot facility just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. The facility allows S3 to better serve its current clients and provides the capacity to accommodate future growth for clients throughout the country. The expansion comes after two years of record growth – in revenue and staff size – and 11 years in business.
S3’s core business is to provide corporate entities with computer and electronics recycling, secure data destruction, decommissioning, and medical and information technology asset disposition. The company helps customers achieve their sustainability goals by managing their surplus electronics equipment and reducing the cost of ownership of their technology assets. Since its inception in 2007, S3 has supported a diverse client base throughout the United States and Canada.
