S3 Names COO and Chief Sales Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – S3 Recycling Solutions, the largest Nashville-based electronic recycler, today announced that it has promoted Meg Gregg to chief operating officer and Clarence D. Hollins to chief sales officer. S3, who is celebrating 10 years in business, is headquartered on Elm Hill Pike.

Meg Gregg

As chief operating officer, Gregg reports to the chief executive officer and manages day-to-day activity of warehouse logistics, human resources and finance. Gregg joined S3 in 2016, and her most recent position with the company was director of finance and human resources.

Before joining S3, Gregg owned and operated a full-service accounting and administration business focusing on independently-owned small businesses. As the controller and manager of multiple operations, she has held various positions throughout her career that have utilized her administrative, HR, project management and finance skills. Gregg said she enjoys overseeing and developing roles and processes to maintain organization and reduce redundancy resulting in contributing to the fundamentals of a business’s success.

Clarence D. Hollins

As chief sales officer, Hollins is responsible for developing and expanding revenue streams and service offerings. He also leads the S3 re-marketing team which is responsible for selling surplus inventory. Hollins joined S3 in 2016 as advisor and chief marketing officer. Prior to S3, he was the CEO of Prospecting Health, co- founder and senior vice president of operation for Selling Simplified in New Jersey and prior to that, he served as chief operating officer for All About Sales in New Jersey.

With an eye always focused on people, Hollins said that a strong commitment to cultivating talent ensures organizational efficiency through engaged, passionate and skilled teams. He believes his strengths are based on creative and strategic approaches to business development, marketing and brand management.
